Facilitating the BC Transfer System
The responsibility of facilitating the BC Transfer System is central to the Council's mandate. This involves a range of duties, including providing resources and services; developing policies; overseeing articulation committees; and coordinating projects designed to improve admissions, transfer, and articulation at institutions throughout the transfer system. This section outlines a number of examples of key facilitative activities from 2011-12.
