CAT Memorandums of Understanding

The 2014 and 2017 memorandums of understanding have been signed by provincial Councils on Credit Transfer to pursue colloborative efforts to enhance student mobility across Canada. Signatories include ACAT, BCCAT, NBCAT, ONCAT, and subsequently, CMB, STCLPC, and NSCAT.
